What is R.O.B.E.S.?R.O.B.E.S. stands for Russian Old Believer Enhancement Services. The specific objectives and purposes of this corporation shall be to create an environment within the community to foster pride of who we are and a sense of self through workshops, newspaper publications, raising awareness on drug and alcohol abuse, teaching parenting classes with trained facilitators, encouraging and creating a structured volunteer group. In all of it's activities ROBES seeks to unify it's community members who might not have had the privilege and opportunity to understand the beauty of the ways of our forefathers. We are a Nonprofit Organization under IRC 501(c)(3). Mission Statement: To enhance and sustain the Old Believer culture bringing forth strong, vibrant community members, while keeping our doors open to those in need. R.O.B.E.S. is on the Web! |
